Registration Information & Notes for Authors

• For each accepted paper to be included in the ISVLSI 2011 conference proceedings, at least one author must register fully (either IEEE Member or IEEE non-member rate) by May 10th, 2011.
• Non-author or author-non-presenter participants, to be eligible for the early registration fee, payment of registration must have been received by May 31st, 2011 Registration payments after that date will be charged with the late registration fee.
• IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members at the time of registration – please visit http://www.ieee.org/join, to join. IEEE members should provide their Member No (in the registration form) and be prepared to show their IEEE membership card at the conference registration desk.
• Students must be prepared to show their student card or any document certifying their student status.
• The conference organization can issue official invitation letters for VISA purposes ONLY after your registration and your payment has been confirmed.
• Registration by email or phone will not be accepted.
• Participation of accompanying persons in the various social events of the Conference will be available at an extra cost.
• For papers accepted in the PhD forum, at least one author must be registered at the student IEEE member rate or at the student non-IEEE member rate by May 10th, 2011. 
• Refund Policy: In case of registering and canceling your registration, you will not be fully refunded. There is a penalty of US$50 for the registrations canceled.

Personal insurance

The organizers cannot be held responsible for accidents to conference participants or accompanying persons, for damage or loss of their personal property, or for cancellation expenses, regardless of cause. Participants should therefore, make their own insurance arrangements. Please consult with your local insurance sources regarding coverage.
